  1. Listen to your intuition and allow it to be your guide.
  2. It is effective to use positive affirmations while doing exercise.
  3. Always be kind to others which creates a calm loving environment for all
  4. Don't judge others
  5. Be open to others, ideas, new approaches, etc.
  6. Positive communication with family and others is extremely important.
  7. Don't follow others, create your own unique path that fits with what is important for you.
  8. The only thing you can control are your thoughts and how you respond to a situation.
  9. You can always find the good in a situation or a lesson to be learned. Always be  aware, open and accepting.
  10. Keep moving forward especially when faced with a challenge, remember we always have a choice.
  11. Be a good listener.
  12. Help others.
  13. Read to enhance your knowledge and interests.
  14. Seek within to find what are your gifts to share with others.
  15. Play with kids they are fun and know how to forget negative stuff.
  16. Don't be negative.
  17. Surround yourself with others who add to your life.
  18. Volunteer to help others both young and old, there is a lot to learn.
  19. Go experience different things, things you wouldn't normally do.
  20. Listen to music to relax.
  21. Be aware.
  22. Take advantage of opportunities and more seem to come, allowing you to evolve.
  23. Understand that there is a greater force than you and with spiritual practice you will gain strength, courage, clarity and direction.   
  24. Wake up in the morning calmly, be very conscious of this.
  25. Meditate and breath.
  26. Give thanks, acknowledge and be grateful for everything you have been blessed with, no matter how trivial or extravagant it may be.
  27. Send love and kindness to the places you visit and the people you meet.
  28. When you wake up and go through your day, don't just go through the motions, live it to the fullest.
  29. Constantly educate yourself with books, tapes, cds, podcasts, magazines, etc that are of interest to you. Do not allow the world to force information on you that is negative, useless or does not help you grow in some way.
  30. Journaling is extremely important, listen to your inner self ( your intuition) as all of your answers sit within you.
  31. Exercise or physical activities are very important to move your energy and free up space for new ideas and important information that can help you.
  32. Learn to surrender to situations. We think we can control a situation but the reality is we do not control it. It is a very comforting, peaceful feeling to know we are surrendering and that we trust the experience will be exactly what we are supposed to experience at that time.
  33. Baths and showers are excellent for cleansing the body and the mind. Allow all of your worries to leave your mind and allow new ideas and positive information to fill your mind.
  34. Whenever you have a fear, worry or negative thoughts replace it with a positive, happy thought. This requires work and effort but so does worrying. Put your energy toward positive change.
  35. Smile and say hi to others when out and about, it really does make a difference for everyone.
  36. Take a moment to talk with others. There is a story behind each one of us. Learn something from everyone we touch and share something with everyone we touch.
  37. Get outdoors, enjoy nature, go to the beach, feel warm breezes, listen to the rain, watch the snow fall on a quiet night, see a sunset or sunrise, go hiking, listen to the birds,  notice the stars, moon, flowers and clouds they are all gifts waiting for us.   
  38. Light candles or use oils and smell the fragrances.
  39. Teach children at a young age how to develop a positive, strong mindset.  
  40. Surround yourself with successful, positive people who practice a healthy mindset.
  41. Limit watching television and computer games.
  42. Be sure and set specific and realistic, attainable goals. Check in periodically to monitor and adjust if necessary.
  43. Hire a professional if you need education, support and guidance.
  44. It is important to have a healthy mind, as this is the foundation to staying committed to a fitness and nutritional program and making healthy lifestyle choices.
  45. There is no failure, if things don't work out as you intended it is an opportunity to learn and grow.
  46. When you are stressed about something, just take one step at a time and do something, you will be surprised at how what you thought would be so horrible is very different than what you thought.  We are often our worst enemy.
  47. Tell others about your plans so you can be held accountable.
  48. Have a flexible mindset, it can help reduce stress and allow you to experience situations you may not normally consider.
  49. Never give up, keep trying, just like a child does. It's not an event it's an ongoing process that will have its ups and downs.
  50. Always be consistent, consistency over the long run will show results.
  51. Don't dump on yourself, it's ok to have an off day or unhealthy habit. Just work on changing it.  No one is perfect. Be easy on yourself.
  52. Remember you are special in so many ways.
  53. Be aware when life is pulling you out of balance, work on getting back into balance whether it's work, relationships, kids, friends, sleep, diet, mindset, etc.
  54. Thank, acknowledge, appreciate, ask, teach, share and learn.
  55. Have a mentor.
  56. Look for support from family, friends, etc.
  57. Be aware of your thoughts and challenge them
  58. Everything begins with a thought and thought is energy
  59. Exercise moves energy to clear the way for new energy and thoughts, this creates balance in the mind and body.
  60. You always have a choice to what you think of a situation and how you respond
  61. Always have good intentions
  62. We need challenges, set backs and conflict to learn to move forward, to evolve and grow and then we need to share and teach others.
  63. Don't listen to negativity
  64. If things aren't going as you planned or are being delayed there is usually something to be learned. What seems unnecessary or a setback is a building block to be used at a later time, eventually it will all make sense, have faith.
  65. Have peace with the idea that you are exactly where you are supposed to be at this time.
  66. Forgive yourself and others who have hurt you.
  67. Have compassion for others. 
  68. Don't spend your time in worry, fear and doubt, it is up to you to choose thoughts that are positive, successful and exciting.
  69. Give hugs, share love.
  70. Value yourself, you are special.
  71. Treat yourself good.
  72. Don't beat yourself up, be kind.
  73. Make a list of all that is going good.
  74. Don't compare yourself to others, we are all on our own journey to learn our own lessons to find the true reason why we are here and what our special gifts are.
  75. Know you will get the answers you need at the exact time you need them    
  76. Laugh often.
