Appreciate that you are fortunate to have food to eat. 12. Get proper amounts of sleep. 13. Create a food journal. 14. Glutamine fights lactic acid buildup, boosts muscle protein activity, increases growth hormone and strengthens immune system capabilities. 15. Don't weigh yourself too often, look in the mirror and if you are happy with what you see your mental scale will let you know. 16. Green tea raises metabolic rate and speeds up fat oxidation. 17.
